This four-volume set constitutes the post-conference proceedings of the 9th EAI International Conference on e-Learning, e-Education, and Online Training, eLEOT 2023, held in Yantai, China, during August 17-18, 2023. The 104 full papers presented were selected from 260 submissions. The papers reflect the evolving landscape of education in the digital age.
